All employees are carefully screened. We conduct thorough criminal background searches, pre-employment verifications, pre-employment drug screens and suitability investigations.  All officers, at some locations, are required to complete personality profiles. 

Our officers receive classroom and field training prior to assignment. Permanently assigned officers receive additional site specific training to understand our customer’s requirements and expectations. Refresher training is routinely provided.

Our 24 hour Support Center facility features experienced and trained operators with state of the art technology which allows us to monitor attendance and performance of every scheduled employee nationwide. Diamond uses software specifically developed for the security guard industry by “Valiant”. Their product, Vision Labor Management Software features a real-time scheduling system which allows operators to monitor staffing, attendance presence and life/safety issues to ensure contractual obligations are met. We also feature the use of Sprint/Nextel cellular and 2-way communication with its managers, supervisors, response officers and clients.
