COO

John J. Jordan III has chosen a career path that falls directly in line with his father and current President/C.E.O. of Diamond Security, John J. Jordan Jr. as well as his grandfather and Founder John J. Jordan Sr. Mr. Jordan III spent much of his youth involved with the company willing to lend a hand when required. While attending both high school and college he worked on a part-time and as needed basis in order to remain involved with the businesses operations. In December 2001, he graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a focus on Management. Upon accepting full-time responsibilities with Diamond as Project Coordinator his first challenge was to coordinate and manage a recently awarded contract between Diamond and the Federal Aviation Administration in direct result of the terrorist attacks of 9/11. This was a massive project with over 33 site locations in the states of FL, GA, and KY. This project required over 225 security officers and supervisors both armed and unarmed providing security to FAA Air Traffic Control Tower. After a successful project start and transition he focused on managing and overseeing area supervisors and managers in Diamond's branch office locations and out-of-state contracts. In September 2005 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and is now responsible for security operations for all security service contracts nationwide. The Operations Division employs over 750 security guards and supervisors providing security services in 17 states. Mr. Jordan III reports directly to the President/C.E.O.

CFO

James P. Vock, MBA, is responsible for all accounting/financial obligations. He is also active participant in insurance renewals and company benefit plans. As an integral part of the Diamond Management team, he works closely with the CEO and COO to ensure both short and long term goals are achieved. Before entering the security field, Jim has held various management positions in accounting and marketing with reputable organizations such as Hart, Schaffner & Marx (Hartmarx), Bally's Alladin's Castle, Total Communications Services, Award Printing Corporation and most recently with Motive Parts Company. His business experience includes, but is not limited to all aspects of receivables, payables, general ledger through annual certified audits, insurance negotiations, corporate attorney, accounting and banking relationships, including acquisitions. Some of Jim's major achievements have been implementing a full service, in-house, computerized accounting system resulting in a significant reduction of outside accounting costs while increasing the accuracy of the data. He has also developed excellent vendor relations and reduced accounts receivable days outstanding to a very respectful 37 days in the auto parts industry. The most significant achievement was receiving an unremarkable NO CHANGE status on BOTH Internal Revenue Service and Illinois State 1995 income tax return audits. Now Jim's major mission upon joining the Diamond Team is the full integration of our financial information, invoices, paychecks, and reports with our scheduling, operational and human resources software. Mr. Vock earned both a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Ill.
